| | By Mick Bailey Think a summer afternoon can’t get any hotter on The Las Vegas Strip? Then you need to go to Diablo’s Cantina at the front entrance to the Monte Carlo Resort and Casino. Diablo’s is not just hot; it is simply a blast. Since the first time we saw the 15-foot tall red she-devil on top of the restaurant we have been “dying” to eat there. Finally on a Saturday afternoon we went to have lunch and check the place out. We arrived shortly after it opened and found it bustling with patrons getting a head start on a fun Saturday in Las Vegas. I knew we were at the right place when we walked up to the hostess and Led Zeppelin’s Black Dog was playing on the loud speakers. We were greeted by a beautiful and busty hostess with a cheerful smile and we were immediately seated. |
